HEC is basically main regulatory/independent institution who actually verifies the degrees of all the universities in Pakistan. The main purpose of this information is to give jump start to our value customers before going to HEC.

Important Note

• HEC deals only with Higher Studies like Graduation, Masters and above.
• HEC don’t deal with Matric / O level, Intermediate/ A Levels or Diploma degrees.

Requirements and Procedures for Degree Attestation
Master’s Degree

For Master’s degree, following documents are required:

1. Master’s Degree – Original.
2. Master Degree Transcripts – Original.
3. Bachelor’s Degree – Original.
4. Bachelor’s Degree Transcripts – Original.
5. Intermediate Certificate – Original.
6. Matric Certificate – Original.
7. Copies of all the above mentioned educational certificates.
8. ID Card color copy

Bachelor’s Degree

For Bachelor’s degree, following documents are required:

1. Bachelor’s Degree – Original.
2. Bachelor’s Degree Transcripts – Original.
3. Intermediate Certificate – Original.
4. Matric Certificate – Original.
5. Copies of all the above mentioned educational certificates.
6. ID Card color copy.

Please note that you must reach HEC on the same date and time which have select for the appointment.

• After filling form, you need to take the print of that form.
• Copies of your all Educational documents.
• Copy of CNIC.
• Original Documents.

With all the above mentioned documents, you will report to window operation at HEC. They will check your documents and will inform you to submit your fee in the bank. Once you have submitted the fee, you will again go to the same window for submission of your educational documents along with bank deposit slip.

After three to four hours, you can collect your attested documents from HEC.
